License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the usage rights for content created using ArtBeast AI tools and downloaded assets from our platform.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of your subscription plan, ArtBeast grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use AI-generated content created through the Services for both personal and commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Uses

Under this license, you may use AI-generated content for:

• Social media content and digital marketing campaigns
• Website and application design
• Advertising and promotional materials
• Film, video, and broadcast productions
• Print and editorial publications
• Personal creative projects
• Client work and freelance projects

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute or resell AI-generated content as standalone stock media
• Use content to create competing AI training datasets
• Claim copyright ownership over raw, unmodified AI outputs in a way that restricts others from generating similar content
• Use content in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful
• Use AI-generated content featuring recognizable individuals for commercial endorsement without their consent

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required for AI-generated content but is appreciated. We encourage you to credit ArtBeast AI when sharing publicly.

5. Intellectual Property

The underlying AI models, algorithms, and platform technology remain the exclusive property of ArtBeast. This license applies only to the output content generated through the Services.

6. Commercial License Tiers

Your license scope depends on your subscription plan:

• AI Starter — Personal and standard commercial use with credit limits
• AI Professional — Full commercial use with expanded credits and team access
• Enterprise — Unlimited commercial use with legal indemnification and dedicated support

7. Indemnification (Enterprise)

Enterprise plan subscribers receive legal indemnification against third-party intellectual property claims arising from the use of AI-generated content, subject to the terms of their Enterprise agreement.

8. Termination

The license for content generated during an active subscription remains valid even after subscription cancellation. However, access to generate new content will require an active subscription.
