Welcome to ArtBeast AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ArtBeast website, applications, and AI-powered creative tools (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Services to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Services
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services without authorization

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through our AI tools is subject to our License Agreement. You retain rights to use AI-generated content in accordance with your subscription plan. ArtBeast does not claim ownership of content you create using the Services.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are governed by our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services (excluding user-generated content) are owned by ArtBeast and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtBeast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email address associated with your account or through the Services.
